vSphere VSAN announced!


Pretty excited as part of the beta users worldwide and finally this is going to GA on 10 March 2014! I’ve a little comparison table to compare the public beta limits vs the GA version and see what is the difference and how we can adjust our sizing and roadmapping strategies for this phenomenal software.

  • Take note vSphere 5.5 Update 1 is required for VSAN 1.0 GA
  • Horizon View, vSphere Replication and vSphere Data Protection are supported!
  • 4.4PB of disk space!
